Sixth Annual Central Banking Roundtable Conference

The topic for this year's event will be "Challenges and Responses to Inflation and Market Fallouts from Emerging Market Economies", which will be addressed in a Roundtable Discussion chaired by Patricia Mosser, Jan Svejnar, and Guillermo Calvo. 

Join us for the sixth annual high-level roundtable conference on central banking to be held in a hybrid format on April 25, 2022, from 8:00am to 10:00am Eastern Time. This event is organized by the MPA Program in Economic Policy Management, the Center on Global Economic Governance, and the Initiative on Central Banking and Financial Policy at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. Each year the event is strategically timed to follow the IMF/World Bank meetings in order to continue discussions started there. Participants will be central bank governors and Columbia faculty members.

The overall topic for this year's event will be "Challenges and Responses to Inflation and Market Fallouts from Emerging Market Economies", which will be addressed in a Roundtable Discussion chaired by Patricia Mosser, Jan Svejnar, and Guillermo Calvo. 

Participation as observers will be by invitation only and will follow Chatham House Rule. Open only to Columbia SIPA students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
