Presentation: Kaushik Basu, Chief Economist, World Bank; former Chief Economic Adviser to the Government of India. 

Jan Svejnar Director, Center on Global Economic Governance (CGEG); and James T. Shotwell Professor of Global Political Economy, Columbia SIPA will introduce Dr. Basu and moderate the Q&A.
